How long do repairs take?

Depends on the repair. Most repairs are done with-in a few weeks. Estimate times are alwasy changing so feel free to contact us or stop by to check on wait times.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Walk-ins are alwasy welcome. If you would like to set-up an appointment you are alwasy welcome to.

Are your repairs done in-house or do you send them out?

Jewelry: Ring, pendant, and chain repairs are all done in-house.

Watches: Most watch repairs are done in-house. The only ones sent out are services that require a clean-room to perform.

Can you make my watch waterproof again?

If your watch has lost waterproofness, we are able to replace seals and check for any other issues that may be causing a watch to retain water.
